Did you know it takes 21-days to form a habit? Think about using this as a tool for positive change. What good habits can you form in 21-days?

Here are some simple ideas:

  • A morning juice or smoothie loaded with all the greens your body needs for the day
  • A regular bedtime
  • 15 minutes set aside just to read or reflect
  • Curbing bad habits - too much alcohol? smoking? negative self-talk?
  • Create a budget and check where you’re at everyday
  • Walk outside
  • Cook dinner so you have left-overs for lunch ready to go
  • Call or email one of ‘your people’ each day
  • Pick up a new hobby
